Does AIM have a network status/outage web page?
Of course not, AOL doesn’t even know when the AIM network is down.
Yeah, which kinda stinks, but such is AOL. I sometimes wish that people would switch to MSN but everyone I know uses AIM.
And besides, if they ever make one it will be for AOL paying members only. Their entire service now revolves around money, and those that get AIM don’t get crap.
aim doesnt go down very often… I have a screen shot of one of my buddies who had an online time of 364 days… he signed off before he could get a year. This isin’t a trick either like changing your idle time or anything, this is legitamite. Whenever I get signed offline its usually because of my schools configuration

I don’t even think that’s possible. Don’t the AIM servers reset after like 6-10 days?
Some servers reset…its not a collective effort unless there is an upgrade going on. I know I’ve seen some at 100+ days, so it is possible.
On another note….never try that on TOC…..they pay even less attention to that than OSCAR.
