This is a beta release.

ChatDrive IRC Server is based on new ChatDrive IRC Protocol derived from IRCX.

ChatDrive’s most notable features include:

Easy Installation – Simply download the software and follow the instructions and ChatDrive system will be up and running within minutes.
Localization Support – ChatDrive system supports multi-language localization feature which allows administrators to change the interface for any language.

Release of ‘ChatDive IRC Server 1.0 beta 2’ includes fixes for various bugs reported in beta 1 and addition of few new features.

Fixes:
* Setting dialogs.
* IRCop login.
* Security issues with ircop login.
* Channel user count and related database issues.
* Reloading of registered channels and related database issues.
* Access mask parsing.
* Auditorium mode (+x).

Changes:
* Minor improvements in cpu load handling and optimizations.
* Channels are grouped and sorted by service sanctioned channels, registered channels, and non-registered channels.
* Changes in database structure.

Additions:
* Watch command (ircops only).
* Whois command (ircops only).

Unhandled Problems:
* SQLite concurrency issues. We can’t do any to fix problems in SQLite.
* Changes for Win2003 remains to be tested.
