Yes… now you know… I use firefox… but lately it’s been crashing when I sign out of my gmail accounts or try to open an attachment sent to gmail. I have two accounts, it crashes for both. Any ideas? It’s making me crazy. This seems to happen since they’ve been telling me there’s a new version of firefox… guess I could just update that and the problem might be fixed… hmmm…
Well… that didn’t work… it’s now updated and still crashes upon signing out of gmail. Hmmmm… ideas?
Thanks MrEggsalad for personally walking me through the process :p

Then, I’d try starting Firefox in safe mode to see if perhaps an extension or theme is causing a conflict. (Don’t confuse this with Windows Safe Mode – they are not the same.) If it works ok in safe mode, you’ll need to troubleshoot them to find out which is causing the problem. More here.
If the above doesn’t help, I’d suggest a quick scan for malware with Malwarebytes and your AV program just to be on the safe side.
Let me know what happens!

But at least it’s updated! Oh – and that made me update some other things as well. I feel almost cutting edge now – lol.
