I know there are many views out there…but there was a march today in Dublin….a march by IRA victims (which I can understand why they may want to march) but they were joined by something called the Orange Order. I really have a problem with this…as you may see when you see Wiki…there may be SOME who dispute what the order is about…but it is well known. And as for the riots….read on…. The riots’ cause… For those of you who want the Yahoo!ified version…here you go On Yahoo! UK/Ireland (though notice they left out the fact the Orange Order was with the families) Now you will need to read up on the situation and make your own opinions. I have my views on this…and do not want to say too much. I just find it stomach turning that group associated with HATE and intolerance is marching through with people who, perhaps, have a legitimate reason to march. But this could be a sign of things to come….
March 6, 2006 at 5:48 am #138360QwertyMemberI don’t fully understand what you are saying. Are you trying to say that there will be riots in Dublin because of these guys marching with “IRA victims”, or that there have been riots? Or that this Orange Order is a terrorist organisation or something?
March 6, 2006 at 12:34 pm #138359OreoMemberThe riots already occurred, (funny how that did not get much press) the government KNEW they would happen but pretended they would not….and YEAH you could totally say the Orange Order is a terrorist group. Check out the links I supplied. These are the guys that INSIST on marching through Catholic towns in Northern Ireland every summer during “marching season” Check that out too…you can make up your mind for yourself. As I mentioned above…people need to make up their own minds…I’m not here to make you agree with me…I’m just putting the information out there.
