Oh men
I just wondering
How you do the 3-way video chat
How you do that
As seen the the diagram below:
ME
VIDEO
I do want to pay for anything

As far as I know, there is no official way to do that with Skype. Do you really want to have a three-way video chat, or do you really just want this:
ME
If you just want to video chat with the “enemy” (who I am guessing doesn’t want to video chat with you, but would with the FRIEND), then there are a couple of solutions:
1. If FRIEND will let you use their account to sign-on to Skype, you could establish a video chat with ENEMY. Of course, when they see you, you’re busted. No good way around that.
or…
2. If your friend will allow you to remotely connect to their PC using something like TeamViewer (which is free for personal use) you could do it like this:
YOU (with TeamViewer) —-> FRIEND (running TeamViewer Host AND Skype) —>ENEMY.
Then the FRIEND would be on cam with ENEMY and you would “see” your friend’s desktop — exactly what they see. ENEMY would be none the wiser. Of course, this raises other ethical questions, but you didn’t ask about those. 🙂
I haven’t tested this, but it should work. Video performance would probably suck, but it would, technically work and be free.
