I occasionally use a Panasonic camcorder as my webcam. I have only been able to broadcast in the small image size. If I switch to large image, the image shows for a second, then tiles into many images, then the screen goes all green. If I switch back to small, it works fine again. Any ideas as to what I can do to use the large image size.
Thanks

Do this from the Cam window click File then Preferences then when that window opens move it so you can see your Cam box and then click Camera Setting and when that box opens up move it so you can see your Cam and then mess with the setting. Good Luck!!

If you installed the cam software from shrink-wrap, I almost guarantee that it’s at least 3/4 of a year outdated. Go to their website and get the latest for your OS (AND your specific cam) as a start.
If you have a low-bandwidth connection to the internet, that may also be an issue. Some drivers do not even allow what they know they cannot achieve (although you MIGHT be able to exchange a lower frame-rate for image size).
Let us know …

I may try reinstalling Messenger software or trying the Beta version of the new Messenger. Otherwise, if you have any other suggestions, I’ll take em!
Thanks,

Gratefully,
