MrEggsaladParticipantHeh sorry, I didn’t see the post here (been REALLY busy with projects last few weeks). Yeah I have a Mac, I’ll go check this stuff out, looks like a really neat piece of software too.
Plus I mean, it’s free software 😀
MrEggsaladParticipantTwitter seems to have a lot of down time for the kind of site it is.
During the week usually it isn’t too bad, but I’ve noticed lots of problems on the weekends.
MrEggsaladParticipantYOUR MOM!
/me doesn’t care there is no “s”, he couldn’t resist.
MrEggsaladParticipantWell this is good, now I can get updates from my entire school, everyone at the neighboring high school, all my family, all the people they interact with, that guy at the supermarket and his friends, the mailman, the ice cream shop….
Anyone who actually has 5k friends just simply MUST be randomly adding people, and that defeats the purpose of social networking. Social networking is to find out who is with who and you can meet other people through your own friends, and even doing that there still is a pretty small circle of people that you shouldn’t go outside of.

MrEggsaladParticipantI voted “Yes But Keep An Eye On Things” as well due to the fact that slowly people are being more and more exposed to the words and it just seems (especially in television) that you can get away with a lot more now than you used to be able to. Take South Park for example, the word “Sh!t” used to be bleeped out, however South Park changed that and allowed you to say “Sh!t”.
Basically, as long as it doesn’t get out of hand I don’t see a problem.
MrEggsaladParticipantA nice, big, long……straw. I’m having some water from a water bottle.

MrEggsaladParticipantThere is nothing for the PC that has voice for all MSN, GT, and Skype on the PC. I believe the people at Digsby might be working on getting voice working in digsby, but as of now there isn’t anything that will do what you want. Digsby does support voice and video (don’t know how well it works) for AIM, MSN, and Yahoo.
