On the one hand, it seems like a natural fit for Yahoo. I'd say they could purchase Meebo, but then with the Microsoft offer for Yahoo, that probably doesn't make sense for anyone.
Too bad about My M. It was a stupid name, anyway.
Has anyone been able to get this working with Yahoo? I'd like to try it, but Yahoo is a necessity for me.
Microsoft doesn't have the brand loyalty of Yahoo, at least not for their web sites. Google IS the new 800 pound gorilla.
That's cool, but I *think* I would notice if my car was full of balls. What were those anyway? Ping pong balls or golf balls? If they were golf balls, that's a small fortune for a prank!
Which one is better, eBuddy or Meebo?
Have you tried the web version? Or a third party web client like Meebo? Try that and make sure it's not something screwed up with your account.February 5, 2008 at 3:45 am in reply to: No Super Bowl For The Yahoo: Top Brass Weigh Their Limited Options #166706
Isn't there another option? Can't they just say NO?! Or do they have to sell?
I just wanna know —- when is Battlestar Galactica back on?
I seriously doubt anyone is serious about using bricks, crowbars, guns and dogs on children. Maybe some people don't know a joke when it hits them between the eyes?February 5, 2008 at 3:42 am in reply to: Culinary Seductions: Cooking For Men Who Want To Impress Women #166664
Cooking impresses the women, even if it is something simple. You don't need to do it often, just once in a while. BIG time points. 😉
What will really change if Microsoft buys Yahoo? Do you think they will shut down or merge services? I mean, they both have email, im, blogs, etc. Will they keep both running or merge them?
Yay Giants! That game was great! Three lead changes in the 4th qtr alone. Kept me on the edge of my seat. Even my friend who doesn't like football liked it.
