Yahoo has released an update to Yahoo! Messenger for iPhone. Version 1.3 fixes some bugs, adds support for several languages and adds some nice new features.
What's New in 1.3?
Finally Yahoo has added the most-requested feature — the ability to change your display pic right from your iPhone. You can take a picture with the built-in iPhone camera or using an existing image from your photo library.
The file sharing functionality has been enhanced, allowing you to send both photos and videos stored on your iPhone — up to 15 MB in size! You can also receive and view photos, videos, Microsoft Office documents, text and PDF files directly on your iPhone.
And to help keep IM spam down, there's a new setting in the app that lets you block people from contacting you if they aren't in your contact list. Go to Settings > Privacy and you can enable this new filter.
They've also added support for German, French and Spanish, so if you're running your iPhone on any of these three languages, Yahoo Messenger menus and prompts will also appear in that language.

Yahoo! Messenger for iPhone is a free app, available here in the iTunes Application Store. If you've already installed a previous version, you can upgrade by checking the App Store for updates.
