Yup, I’m a Mac person. I really don’t care about the OS being easy to use. I got around, and get around, fine on Windows. I like the little things in the OS, like the File, Edit, View, etc. menus being on the top of the screen in a universal bar. I think the dock is a very nice and useful piece of software, how it manages your running applications and serves as a launcher. I also like how almost all programs are very similar in their layout, with their preferences in the same place, their toolbars working the same way, etc. I also like the software that comes with a Mac, such as iMovie, iPhoto, Mail, and Safari. Another thing that’s really nice is it’s almost never difficult to uninstall something. Usually a program is one file, a .app file. You just drag that file to the trash, and you’re done. Another good thing is that there’s no registry, and instead there’s a library folder for the whole system, and for each user. The preference files are stored in the Preferences folder in the library and can easily be deleted, and if you know how, edited, at any time. Okay, that’s all. Back to business. 😀
