I checked it out and it does look cool. It reminds me of that game called ‘Six Degrees of Seperation.’ But I was disappointed to see that no one on my network was linked to anyone, which of course they wouldn’t be unless they were either also one someone else’s network or were Huminity users themselves.
This program reminds me a lot of another network-type application called TheBrain. It uses the same graphical network metaphor, but is used to show the relationship between chunks of ‘knowledge’ (bits and bytes on your computer, the internet, etc.).
I really like the concept though. Maybe if they created something that would allow forums to join Huminity, and you could see what other forums a person was a member of and on and on…
