I’ve got two Logitech cams: an old Logitech QuickCam Express and a new QuickCam Pro 4000.
The old one is easy to use, you can download software from internet in seconds, and its quality is reasonable – not great – for simple view-only use.
The new Pro 4000 (about $90) is also easy to use, comes with software that was easy to work with. It has lots of features (still photo, motion sensor, etc.) and the quality is great – at least to me.
I don’t know about Creative’s products. But I do like my Logitechs, esp the new one.
