Good news! I finally got the ViperBot running.
What I did was uninstall ViperBot from my add/remove programs and then deleted everything pertaining to ViperBot from my C drive and documents etc. I cleared my cache and did a disk clean up. At this point I downloaded VBRun60sp5.exe from Microsoft. I then installed the old version of ViperBot and then went to your updated ViperBot and downloaded and overwrote the old files. This did the trick for me.
