The problem I was having is that when I clicked the link to download MSN Chat Voxcc nothing would happen. However using the link you just provided in your reply did work and I have downloaded and installed all components. The bad news is, after bringing Vgrabber into our community room and then trying to bring Viperbot in I am still receiving the same intial error emssage. I can’t understand why this is happening.
