if you have an AVI or an image that you want to have appear as your webcam image… i believe you can use softcam
http://www.softcam.com/ its shareware. but allows you to point yahoo webcam to any image on your computer…..
or check camgrab

i believe it will also allow you to use an alternate image as a webcam image……
