When I launch the webcam in Yahoo IM (latest version) it locks up Yahoo!. I cannot kill Yahoo IM, so I have to restart the computer.
System:
Windows XP pro SP1 – all latest hotfixes
PIV, 512 MB ram
Ezonics EasyCam II USB – latest drivers(from 2002)
Windows XP firewall turned on and port 5100 open for TCP.
56k modem connection.
This happened in earlier versions of Yahoo IM. I have never gotten the webcam to work.
