hi
when I try to log into MSN messenger 6.2 error 0x8100370 come up. With windows messenger it says ‘username or password incorrect’ but they are right.Also, I can’t log into hotmail, MSN or netpassport. When I try http://memberservicesnet.passport.net/memberservice.srf, and change password it says ‘page cannot be displayed’. I have tried uninstalling MSN 6.2 and installing other versions but the problem still remains.

Click Start, then Run, then type: ipconfig /flushdns
Note there is a space after the word ipconfig.
Let us know if it worked.
thanks for the reply deadeye but didnt work, I’ve tried a few solutions like that (clicking start – run ) but none have worked.
Any other suggestions?

Re-install Windows or even go even farther: format hehe. but make a back up of your drive first 😉 If it works, email me and we can arrange the money trasnfer to Greece hehe.
