Rest In Peace Johnny. May your music live on forever.
Johnny Cash will be greatly missed by million of fans. I don’t believe I’ve personally met him. My late father’s childhood friend, Mike Massey, a well-known professionial pool player, was a guest in a movie starred by Johnny Cash and his wife, June Carter.

Celebrate the original……….. ‘man in black’. Rest in peace.
great music
great times
great man.
My mom grew up in rural North Dakota and they used to go to concerts in Minnesotta a lot. She told me she got to see Johnny Cash when he first started out. It was in a very small room at a local VFW hall with only a vocal PA. There was only about 70 or so people there because not many knew who he was. Due to this, she got to stand in the front. Very intimate.
Years later, she and my father saw Cash front row in Vegas.
Johnny Cash has always been something my parents and I can listen to together.
