Here is a quick exercise that you can do to reduce your stress level.
Picture yourself near a stream. Birds are softly chirping in the crisp, cool mountain air. Nothing can bother you here. No one knows your secrete place. You are in total seclusion from that place called “the world.” The soothing sound of a gentle waterfall fills the air with a cascade of serenity. The water is crystal clear. You can easily make out the face of the person whose head you are holding under the water.
There now, do you feel better?
Heh, great stuff. And yes, I do feel better. 🙂
Nope lol, now what you going to do to release my stress? I know send me a cheque for about $2000 and I can go to a beach somewhere for a couple of weeks and then I can send a postcard to that person, who is annoying me and that should do the trick! Nice try though :0)
MMmmm… In Puerto Rico that would be a good way to deal with stress and get rid of a few inept politicians in one shot :p
Rafael
I felt much better once the air bubbles stopped coming up to the surface!:D
Hey that -did- make me feel better. And, “lighter”. 🙂 … Did you come up with this? If so, I’d buy your book! :p
I would feel better once I knew what to do with the body.:p
Ahhhh, now we can get back to the real work to be done.
*edit* be careful of the thought police though 😮
I’m reading 1984 . . . or is it 2006
