watchman76I never heard of an Add-on. There’s a separate program called Buddy Spy. You can find it here: Buddy Spy – Detect Invisble Yahoo! Messenger Users
Be careful, though, you’d better think twice before disrespecting somebody else’s privacy.February 12, 2007 at 11:36 pm #157818Jeff Hester
KeymasterBuddy spy does not work to well right now. You can tell if someone is online or not by loging on your ID, and the person you want to scan is on your friends list. You also have to be on there friends list for it to work right.
If the person is not on your friends list i could post a Tutorial on how to tell.

ParticipantYahoo! has a stealth option for a reason.
If your friend does not want to showing their online status thats their decision.
If they do not want you to know anything about them while they are online that is their decision.
Yahoo! go out of their way to protect users privacy with these options so people can stay safe in chat and not be harassed/followed.
It’s for these very reasons of privacy breach that yahoo are removing options in chat/messenger.
How would anybody feel if i used a program to find out what you were doing online, doing so is just as bad as using malicious tools to find out info or what spyware does stealing your online activity.
