The only time I ever clicked on the links before I removed them was on accident lol. And besides, forbez is right, a company with the kind of resources that AOL has wouldn’t bother sueing a single programmer because a) they wouldn’t get anything out of it, and b) they just don’t care about something that small, because those particular adds are probably a miniscule portion of their revenues anyways, especially if they are on a click-by-click basis.
