AHHH! I “upgraded” to AIM 6.0 only to find it hideously ugly with absolutely no new useful features to speak of. I don’t know why I expected anything different after all of these years with AIM, maybe this time I’ll finally switch to a third party messenger. In the meantime… does anyone know a way to skin the new AIM? Or does anyone want to let me in on new features that may be helpful/exciting that I’m just missing?
Also, I’m open to suggestions for third party messengers. I tried meebo, but I didn’t really like that much. I’m looking for something simple without loosing the basic functionality. Like google talk.
With 6.0 there’s integrated logging & tabbing…those are the biggest ones I can think of from 5.x to 6.x.

iam 6.0 is sweet you n00bs are just afraid of new things tabbed ims are so awesome and the picture share window is great i also like im logging. it saved me from getting in big trouble with this girl who claimed i was saying things i wasnt and i showed her and her parents my log and her parents wtfd to her and that was that she got owned
