AIM Buddy ICON question

anyone know where I can get a program for making AIM Buddy Icons? because I want to make one my self, thanks I appreciate the help

You need to make the file 50x50px and it needs to be relatively small. What format is the icon in?

i converted it into jpeg its 50×50 and its 1.96 KB’s thats to big, heres a picture of the icon

You’ll have to try different formats, .gif might work…Otherwise you’ll need to create it again and make it less fancy.

Hmmm.I tried it as a GIF. and it worked.And i dont think how fancy it is has that much to do with it….the ones hes showing isnt that detailed and i make ones in photoshop(lots of detail) and they work fine.
