For some reason, the directory doesn’t work for me anymore. When I click the link on a user profile, nothing happens. When I log out of AIM, I get an error message.
Anyone else have that problem?
Would you please post a screenshot of the error message? When the error message is the foremost window on the screen, hit alt+print screen (prnt scrn) on your keyboard, then paste it into mspaint and save as a jpeg. The print screen button is usually located above the insert/delete/home/end key group.
It’s something like “We could not process your request for a search. The most likely cause is the server is not available at this time. Please try again later.”
