MemberI’m thinking of downloading AIM Hider 3.2 from team-fx, but the webiste does not provide much info about it, and I would like to know a little more. If you have any information about this program, like how it “hides” AIM, please post (other info is helpful too). I would also like to know what you think of it if you’ve used it. Thanx.

MemberAIM Hider allows you to set a key to hide all your windows.. like Ctrl + something.. or whatever you want. When running.. the AIM hider icon appears in your tray. When you press the shortcut key you specify all of your AIM stuff dissapears… Buddy list, Away Message windows, Chat windows.. systray icons..everything. and the AIM hider icon disappers as well. It also has 2 other options. 1. To automatically set an away message when you hide AIM. and 2 to password it..so when you press the shortcut key to make AIM re-appear..it prompts you for the password..so you cant make it appear without it.
Here is the readme included in the download:

MemberI’ve never had a problem with it… and I trust FIXER’s programs .. I’ve used many of them, and they all seem to work great. Looking forward to trying Otsego 🙂

MemberI use the program, and its great. Good to use if your doing homework and a parent walks by. Just press Ctrl + (your letter here) and everything is instantly gone. But be aware, that right clicking on it and closing it doesnt actually close it. You have to close it in task manager. And if it is running and you try to logout of your account on Windows XP it wont let you.

MemberIt sounds pointless….
Hell of a program for people who set out to do their homework and just chat instead though.
