AIM & ICQ

How can I talk with ICQ users by AIM, I’m using the AIM version 5.2.3281.
How can I add them to my buddy list..etc. and how the ICQ users can add me to their contact lists.

ICQ Lite users can just add you to their lists… you show up with an AIM guy next to you… and you can just as easily add ICQ #’s to your AIM buddy list… but unfortunately it’s not really working!… I’ve added myself to my buddy list at work… and I’m never online… Although it works on the ICQ side… I can see my AIM SN online, and even send im’s… but AIM is being stupid.
