Everytime I try to direct connect, I get a blue screen error for a few seconds, then the computer suddenly shuts down. What confuses all the more is that its never done this before, Ive had AIM on this computer for months, direct connected fine. But now it does this. Im not sure why , I havent downloaded anything, simply went through my normal routine of surfing the web. And yes, Ive run a virus scan, and it detected nothing. Ive yet to do anything with Spyware or Adware, though. Any help of ANY kind would be great.
This is my first time on this forum, so if there is a topic with this already, please send me right to it. Thank you all in advance!
…… You may have to reinstall it or just do a update.
