OK, first off I have to say my computer has always had a strange RAM problem – even though I have over 300 MB it runs like it has less than 128. My problem on AIM is when I am talking to people sometimes it just stops working. I can continue to send the people I was already talking to messages however I can not see anything they are sending or even if they are sending me anything. What makes this problem so bad is that AIM does not give me an error message or anything it just stops. I have figured out that if I try to read someone’s away message while I suspect it is broken it says “Please wait…” and never loads. So far this is the only way I can determine if it has broken or if the people just aren’t talking. Does anyone know what’s causing this or what I can do to prevent it, or at least figure out it’s broken as soon as it breaks????
