AIM Timeout

Hi Guys,

just wondering if anyone else is having aim timeout problems. been happening for over a month now. I use aim 5.9, 6.0, trillian pro. No difference. As long as its connected to the aim server, I get timed out on any screen name. The weird thing is it seems to happen more when i talk to certian people on my SN. Any ideas?

what is your firewall?

Are you behind a router? If so, have you forwarded the needed ports to the router?

Do you use a wireless internet connection, and/or is your service DSL?
