AIM Triton freezing and crashing periodically

hi. I downloaded aim triton but it periodically freezes and crashes. I tried uninstalling it and then reinstalling it but that didn’t work. Any ideas?

Yes! uninstall it and download aim 5.9. It’s better and it don’t have the problems Triton has. It seems Triton doesn’t like windows xp. It gave me nothing but a headache.

AIM Triton was obviously designed for the Windows XP platform, it is illogical to say that it “doesn’t like” Windows XP. It is likely that the software is freezing or crashing because of a specific hardware or software configuration.

Control Panel–>Add, Remove Programs–>AOL Suite.

I am also having problems with AIM Triton, but I’m not sure if is the same problem you are having. What exactly happens? Does it freeze your computer or just sign you off? Mine is just signs off periodically. Look under “AIM keeps signing me off when I’m idle” for my previous post.
