I’m homeschooled and I havn’t finished school yet because I was loafing around instead of writting papers. I have to do shcool until Sept. 8th. I start next year of school Sept. 9th. Funny huh? Anypne else for some reason not getting a summer break? I feel left out thats why I’m asking.:(
I am this year, but in the past at university I would take summer school to get ahead so I had no break for summer. In some ways it sucks….but at least you don’t have a chance to get REALLY bored. And you’ll appreciate the vacation time you DO get a lot more. Try stay positive!! Don’t feel left out…try to feel special…just like all of the other people on the site who don’t get a summer break….it’s like you are an important business person or lawyer. 🙂
I’ll use the reason of being an “important business person” 🙂 Congrats Oreo for finally getting a vacation – I always think teachers deserve it. My vacation will be a week in the car driving down to the beach with my 3 yr old.. talk about new meaning of vacation. Thank god for the portable DVD players.
Being a full time Firefigther/EMT and then serving weekends on a volunteer rescue squad does’nt leave too much time for a summer break. But, I love what I do.
