PS2’s eyetoy can double as a webcam, it’s amazing. Theres some great tutorials online. If anyone is interested post and I’ll link you to a tutorial. All you have to do is download a driver…it’s easy.
That’s because PS2 accessories use USB ports. You can use the microphone as a mic on your computer as well.
I had heard of using the eyetoy as a webcam but I don’t know how to do it. Any chance of a link to the driver and tutorial?

how well does it work? is the movement steady or jerky?
my logitech quick cam works well when im not online with yahoo messenger, (i guess im speaking of the frame rate.)
but when i go online with yahoo it becomes jerky. i take it that the eyetoy moves steady?jimmie
Well, Thanks to Jeff, I got my webcam up onto the web. It refreshes every so often. So now I can show you if you’d like.
My cousin did it which it was cool but he took it off LOL after like 5 minutes to play Playstation 2 again.
