BigBlueBall Smiler might be history, if AOL get’s their way. I got the following letter from AOL’s attorneys today via certified mail. The letter is dated April 4th (note that I received it on April 14th… amazing how long certified mail takes!). I need to respond in writing stating that I’m no longer using their intellectual property by April 18th.
