yep any free hoster or paid one will upload a txt file.

i personally like Freewebs.com, and yeah most free hosters (or paid ones for that matter) will allow text files…. dont know about specific formats like MS Word, but I wouldnt doubt it. microsoft owns the world.

http://www.yousendit.com lets you upload ANY FILETYPE and then senmd a link to someone to pick it up.

I dunno if this is what your after,but anyway
