Away Messages

so you want to have your own custom away messages? Well to do so, you’ll need message Plus! It is the greatest addon to MSN Messenger and you should have it even if you don’t want to do away messages:p. If you do not have it, here is a link to the download page for MSG Plus!

Once you download and install it, then by going into the Preference menu you will be able to seek the away messages section under the Personalised Status tab. In there you will be able to make and edit custom away messages. Then, when you are finished that, change your status to “Away” and then a dialogue should appear asking you about which personalised status would you like to use. I’m sure you can figure the rest from here;)

If you unistall MSN Plus! the correct way, then it should not be a problem. If you need help unistalling MSN Plus! then let us know one of us will get back to.

**Note** Beware of the OPTIONAL sponsor program that is part of the installation of MSN Plus! We do not want people making new threads saying MSN Plus! installed a bunch of adware and bluh bluh bluh. Thanks;)

Select “Messenger Plus! 3” in the add/remove programs list and remove it. I think it should be the best way; instead of just deleting the directory.
