What is the best Method/Program used to Enlarge Images?
I have a picture that I want to increase to 1.5-2x, but when I do it normally (Paint), it either comes out blurry, or pixelated. I know the enlarged image can’t be as sharp as the original, but I’m sure there’s ways to make it look pretty good. I have Adobe Photoshop, if that helps.

Is it a complex image, or a simple one with flat colors and easy gradients? Also, it’s near impossible to 2x an image and make it look remotley nice, but if its simple it can be vectored and made any size. Could you maybe attach the image?
It’s an actual photograph of people…so I’m guessing that means its complex. It’s not like cartoons or anything…LOL
