MemberFor me it has to be My Mail. It’s like the pop3 plugin but with loads of improvements, and it’s the only way I know when I get new email.

KeymasterMy personal favorite is the RSS News plug-in. It requires Trillian Pro (either 1.0 or 2.0), but it’s an easy way to stay up-to-date on my favorite sites.
You can even add our own BigBlueBall news feed to Trillian! I also run the Slashdot, Wired, News.com, MSDN, and Sitepoint feeds.
The other plug-in I like is the weather plug-in. It’s kinda nice to keep up with the weather in different places where my friends live.

MemberI like the splitter. When you send long messages (over 400 characters?), it pops up a window asking you if you want to split it. You click yes, and it quits at the last word closest to 400 characters. Then you go into the sys tray and continue sending the rest of the message. More accuratelly, I like the idea of it. I just installed it and have not tested it. The other plugin that is interesting to me is the telephone one that converts text to speech on via the telephone. I am still unclear whether it will do this over a broadband connection or if you need dial up. I suspect it does it over either. I am also unclear as to how it sounds and how many words it knows. Does anyone know? The news plugin sounds cool, too, but my current job requires me to frequently read most major news sources, so it is a bit redundaant for me, but it should be nice for others. The weather plugin seems good, too. My only question is does it support overseas weather? I will use it if it supports mainland China, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malasia, Taipei, and Japan. If not it is virtually useless to me. Afterall, I know the weather where I live…

MemberJeff is right, the most useful plugin probbly is the RSS feed. I have no less than 13 feeds. (might have a few more like x-bit labs if the plugin accepted RSS 2.0)
I have:
Bigblueball (Of course)
Totse
The Register
Netbeans Newshighlights
PC world
Ars Technica
NV News
Extreme Tech
the Inquirer
Wired
Shacknews
Lockergnome
SlashdotIf you guys are missing any of those you should give them a search.

The Telephone Notification Plugin can be downloaded from Cerulean Studios’ plugins download page. Enjoy. 🙂
