Ian, I setup ek@bigblueball.com with an alias for eagle.kiwi@bigblueball.com (Google doesn’t all the “_” character in email names).
I’ve seen on other gmail webmail things for sites that you can change the logo at the top, well here is something I came up with for it:

That “Learn more” link now goes to a “Document not Found”, but I’m sure that 20min ago when I first tried it it gave a page saying something vaguely like: “Don’t Panic, your administrator hasn’t verified the domain yet”.
Oh well, daresay it’ll be sorted by morning. I’m off to bed!

Well I was imitating the Gmail font and logo, not the acutal Google font. Here it is with powerd by google:
