I meant to reply to this post earlier, my life is still kinda crazy right now, psycho ex and all but meh…. anyway, my name, Amy Garbenus, and an alias of Queeeenofspadez please?Amy, the underscore character is not allowed by Google Mail. We can use dots (i.e. amy.d.g) if that’s ok with you.

MemberJeff wrote:Yes, I’m painfully aware. I have created a support ticket at The Planet (they maintain our server). According to everything I’ve read, everything should be setup correctly, but as you and I know, it’s still not working. Hopefully they can help. The Google provides detailed help for some of the bigger hosts, but not The Planet or ServerMatrix.
There is also a Google Group that covers the subject, but I haven’t found any solutions yet.
Hm, thanks for the update 🙂 I hope you can get it to work! Good luck!May 2, 2006 at 10:58 pm #142914Jeff Hester

KeymasterAmy — your account is setup. I sent you a PM with the login details.
Everyone — I finally got this message from the admin dashboard for BBB Gmail: “Your MX records are set correctly and we are currently updating your account. Users will soon be able to both send and receive email.” Yippee!

ParticipantI just checked and it’s working now! Can both send and receive mail.

ParticipantJeff asked me to test it a bit earlier, and I was able to send and receive fine! Good deal all, send away!

Um…if you’re checked to always log in, then you could just go to http://mail.google.com/hosted/bigblueball.com/, that would take you right to your mail home (Your link seemed to restore my Gmail Web Chat, which I had turned off).May 14, 2006 at 2:25 am #142986MrEggsalad

I’ve always used it.
