Buddy shown as off line in AOL

When my friend is on her computer using Trillian, it shows me on line in both Trillian/Aol and Trillian/Yahoo on her computer. However, if she IM’s me with Trillian/Aol, the message doesn’t come through, but it does with Trillian/Yahoo. At the same time on MY computer, my Trillian list shows her as on line with Trillian/Yahoo, but never Trillian/Aol. Does anyone have any suggestions as to why Trillian/AOL is not showing her on line on my computer? I’ve tried deleting her from the Trillian list, from the Buddy.xml list, from within Aol Instant Messenger, reinserting her name, and nothing works. We both have Zone Alarm and have it set to allow Trillian, AOL IM, and Yahoo Chat, so I don’t think the firewall is the problem. Thanks.

Could it be in her aol settings, privacy&security, she has accidently or purposely, blocked your name? That would show her offline to you?
