In our Internet Cafe, Yahoo messger call (voice chat) option is not working. The call button is not acitve. Customers could only voice chat thru conference.
Is it possible for our ISP to block this feature? Any download available to fix this problem.
This problem is not in one computer but all 20 pcs in our cafe.

Firstly make sure your sound recording is set to your microphone,navigate to control panel,sounds & audio devices,click the third button(audio) and set the middle option(sound recording)to your microphone.Then go to messsenger -login- go to actions,and use the call setup option,run this and hopefully you will be able to call computers.

(edit)you may also have to port forward on your LAN,if this option is available,I believe the ports needed are 5000-5010 udp/tcp.
If none of the above works,then contact your ISP.
