You can not, unless you use a program that logs conversations for you, such as Trillian.
well i have people say u can witout using the log thingy
u can save an instant message to ur computer. in the im window, go to File-> Save. and in order to open one, go to File-> Open Saved IM
You can get AIM + and go back to an older verison of AIM, anything earlier than 4.8, and it will work for logging. But I personaly don’t use that.
I think that dead AIM has logging..but mine doesnt always save things.
so if u want to be sure i think u should save them.If you have a logging prog on u should delete some of the ones u dont care about because the logs take up a bit of memory.
You can get DeadAIMv4, or DeadAIM3.2, or AIM+. DeadAIMv4 costs $5, and AIM+ is not fully AIM5.x compatible. DeadAIM3.2 also has some problems with AIM5.2, it may, or may not work under 5.2. You can get old Versions of AIM Here.
Logs do not take up any memory, only disk space.
I’m not sure if AIM dialogues can be found in your tmp files. I remember playing around and found AIM dialogues in the tmp files though I rarely saved AIM dialogues. I know you can save the dialogues without copying/pasting.
