Can someone add you w/o you knowing?

Hey, this is my first post and i have a quick question…i just found out you can add people on yahoo messenger w/o them knowing…is there anyway to stop that or is that a glitch that yahoo’ll fix soon…cuz i’d like to know when ppl r adding me…thx 🙂

Um I believe thats an old thing and has been fixed. You can’t do it anymore. If Im wrong someone will enlighten us Im sure.

Ok good I thought I was the only one with this problem:eek: I think it’s another glitch because I was gonna close my old yahoo account and my old contacts added me in da new account and I didn’t even get that popup thingy that tells u who added “this user has added u to his……” you get da point:D

i think yet some software are available to do such things.YOu can control hackers mind. lol

Hey…thx for the replies…
I just tried it again…got a new name for myself and i was able to add my regular name and didn’t even get a msg stating so on my regular name…wierd…
