im not sure what causes it not to save… but is there any way i could save it manualy? other than copying it to a notepad file.. thx
Hi, you didn’t mention which version of WLM you’re using; however, I’ll assume that you’re on 8.5 for now.
Go to Tools > Options. Click the Messages tab on the left. Ensure that Automatically keep a history of my conversations has a check mark next to it. Click OK to exit.
im not sure what version im on but its not that old its wlm… and yea thats checked but sometimes it doesnt save the conversations… i dunno why >.<
Are you running any 3rd party programs with your WLM? Such as Plus!? If so, you want to make sure you have your settings enabled for them as well. Or, try disabling any third party programs and see if that improves the reliability.
If there’s a particularly important conversation you wish to save, you can always do what I do. Simply do a File/Save As at the end of the conversation and you can save as an .RFF document which is able to be opened in Word.
