By defaukt Kazaa Lite has 1000 points…. now u wanna increase it…. i.e more than 1000 then use this method
1) open K lite
2) go to Options -> More Options -> K++ – other
3) over there, deselect the option participation Level Cheat
4) run your Kazaa Lite, u’ll get some participation level after u restart ur Kazaa Lite
5) now let some uploads and downloads occour
6) after that again repeat step 2 and select the option this time
7) shutdown K lite and restart, check ur participation level…. hehehhe it is more than 1000!

Right, I guess I always assumed that 1000 was “low”.
What is the advantage of a higher participation level? Just curious. Does it allow you priority when in a queue?

ParticipantKazaa has it all explained here, but I’ll put the basics below:
Kazaa Media Desktop includes a Participation Level. This is a title or index assigned to each user based on the way in which they use the software. Basically, the more integrity rated files you share, and are uploaded from you, the better your downloading performance will be.
The number of ‘Search More’s available to you when you perform a P2P Search is directly related to your Participation Level.
Low (0-50) – 1 x ‘Search More’
Medium (51-100) – 2 x ‘Search More’
High (101-200) – 3 x ‘Search More’
Guru (201-500) – 4 x ‘Search More’
Deity (501-900) – 5 x ‘Search More’
Supreme Being (901-1000) – 5 x ‘Search More’The Levels Explained
Low – you download more megabytes from other users than other users download from you. The files downloaded from you are probably not integrity rated.Medium – you allow a solid amount of megabytes to be downloaded from you, or a healthy amount that are integrity rated. Or you have just started and not done much yet.
High – you allow more megabytes to be downloaded from you than you download from other users. You are really doing your bit.
So basically when you use K-Lite it cheats and keeps you at the top level of 1000. Being any higher is pretty much useless.
