The system’s BIOS is not POSTing, no matter what you do, a CD won’t help. This is a hardware issue, I’d guess CPU or Motherboard, but it could be others as well..
Now that I think about this, a friend of mine had this problem with his Gateway PIII before, I just kept trying to boot it and eventually it did. A few weeks later he got a new computer and gave me the old one….that computer – it never had that problem again – and it’s now my router. =)
