no msn is not working at this moment in time.
i am hoping that it shall resume service shortly (haha i really never talk like that haha)

I’m back on MSN here in California as of 1:15 PM PST, testing with both Trillian Pro 3.0 and MSN Messenger 7 Beta.

Yes, can sign in here in England. However, although it appears as if the vast majority can now sign into MSN Messenger, I still cannot access the Service Status page.

i think its back down again but i am luckyly still online. about 22 of my contacts just went offline 🙁 so i guess that is the case. i hope i dont get logged of aswel 🙂
