hey can anyone tell me where i can make icons without paying 4 it of where i have 2 edit an icon

hey im new,but if you just need to edit a icon you could use jasc paintshop or somthing like that.There are some icon editers that are made for”dummys”.http://www.customiconz.com/This site lets you pick the icons they have on the site and use a program they made to edit them.I dont realy like it but it might help….and the faces ARE cool:cool: teeehee. Hope i helped
