No – I believe that DeadAIM is for Windows 98/ME/NT4.0/2000/XP only. I don’t know about an alternative but I’m sure there is something out there.
Aim+ doesnt completly support the newer aim versions and trillian requires you too use a whole new program. I havent found any programs that are free that just addon to aim, They all require complete change or they require money.

CyberKat02 is looking for Mac software. 🙂
I don’t know of an single alternative, although you could logon to one account with the regular Mac AIM client, another account with iChat, a third with AIM Express (the Java client), and a fourth screen name using Fire (a multi-IM protocol messenger for Macs). Not an elegant solution, but it should work.
