I was talkin to somebody whose name was red one time, and I thought I downloaded somethin that could do that, but I think it was the wrong thing. How do I do this?
Im pretty sure its a MSN Plus! Enables you to do this.
Simply open a contact window, Press and hold ‘Ctrl + K’ and a symbol should appear along with a pallette box full of colors. You can copy and past this symbol (along with the color number) before your nick and it should change.
If I am wrong I am sorry.
Actually, even simpler, in a convo window, type:
/nick then press the MESSENGER Plus! icon on the left, then click ‘insert colour text code’. When the colour pallette appears, click the colour you wish to use, type the name you desire and hit enter.
The contact won’t see anything you just typed, but your name has been changed.
thanks alot, I appreciate the help.
